Target: Leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor A4

Alias: CD85g, ILT7

ILT7 是主要表达在浆细胞样树突细胞 (pDC) 表面的一种抑制性受体，其功能与 BDCA2 类似——当被激活后，会通过 FcεRIγ 信号亚基强力抑制 pDC 产生 I 型干扰素 (IFN-α/β)，从而在调控抗病毒免疫和自身免疫炎症中发挥关键作用。
