Alamanda Polymers成立于2007年,致力于聚氨基酸(PAA)的生产与定制合成,服务于从事基因治疗、微胶囊化、药物递送、细胞粘附和表面涂层研究实验室,提供多种无金属生物聚合物,包括均聚氨基酸和聚乙二醇化聚氨基酸。Alamanda的科学家团队在聚氨基酸合成领域拥有超过15年的经验,成功开发出一种无需金属催化剂即可精确控制产物分子量的聚合工艺。该工艺能生产出高度单分散的产品(分散指数:1.01-1.2),实现精确链长控制且批次稳定性优异。目前公司提供研究级和GLP(良好实验室规范)级聚氨基酸,批量最高达5公斤,涵盖最常用的均聚氨基酸类型。产品目录还包含商业化的聚乙二醇化嵌段共聚氨基酸,以及侧链与末端功能化的均聚氨基酸。此外,Alamanda还可提供聚氨基酸化学专业支持及定制合成服务,承接合作研究项目。
