Nordic immunohistochemical Quality Control (NordiQC)隶属于丹麦奥尔堡大学医院病理科,是一个面向诊断性免疫组织化学的全球性科学能力验证项目。NordiQC为诊断病理学领域提供一系列相关的免疫组织化学能力验证模块,这些模块涵盖具有核心诊断和预测价值的成熟及新近引入的免疫组织化学标志物。NordiQC的的目标是通过组织免疫组织化学能力验证计划,提供推荐方案、组织对照及其他相关信息(包括抗原表位描述和技术方案参数),从而提升免疫组织化学质量并拓展其临床应用,NordiQC提供对NordiQC多组织块切片上的免疫组织化学染色进行评估服务。

▍CHROMSYSTEMS产品线
● 通用模块:包括对福尔马林固定石蜡包埋组织中约16种不同抗原进行免疫组织化学检测。选择的抗原标记物涵盖常用标记物以及选定的特殊或新标记物。
● 乳腺癌免疫组化模块:包括HER-2和雌激素受体或孕激素受体(交替进行)的免疫组织化学检测,以及可选的一种其他免疫组化标记物(例如Ki67)。
● HER-2 ISH模块:包括针对乳腺癌中HER-2的原位杂交检测(不含免疫组织化学)。该模块包括在福尔马林固定石蜡包埋组织中检测HER-2的显色原位杂交/银增强原位杂交检测,也包含FISH检测(NordiQC仅评估实验室的评分)。
● 伴随诊断模块:包括PD-L1的免疫组织化学检测。
