Description
This antibody is reacts with extracts of GFkV-infected plants in PTA (Plate-Trapped Antigen)-ELISA and Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution). GFkLV belongs to the genus Maculavirus of the family Tymoviridae and its genome is composed by a single-stranded positive-sense RNA.GFkLV virions have a rounded contour and prominent surface structure with coat protein subunits (28 kDa) clusteres in pentamers and hexamers. Grapevine fleck is a widespread graft-transmissible disease.
