Description
This antibody is obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mixture of three synthetic peptides corresponding to aa18-34 (KRCHPNDALV PLRAQQR), aa 08-118 (QLMGQNLTLLT), and aa165-177 (EPPSDLDFDTFAR) of the PNRSV coat protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
