1. Single-Cell PCR and Sequencing

This product line combines standard laboratory formats with innovative microfluidic design to provide simple, rapid, and cost-effective solutions for single-cell isolation. 2.Single-Cell Cloning

Innovative Biochips offers microfluidic solutions for single-cell cloning in applications such as recombinant protein production, gene function studies, and drug screening. The 1CellPlate® 96-well ultralow-volume microfluidic plate adopts a standard 96-well format with a unique “well-in-a-well” design, providing a simple and effective approach for isolating single cells in the development of stable cell lines, including cancer cells, hybridomas, CHO cells, CRISPR-edited cells, and stem cells.

3. Single-Cell Assays

The 1CellPlate®-Assay ultralow-volume 96-well microfluidic plate integrates microwells with a microfluidic network to support single-cell cytokine detection. Cytokines secreted from individual cells can be collected for in-depth analysis, including mass spectrometry. Cells with high secretion profiles can also be readily recovered using standard pipettes for downstream applications such as cloning or PCR sequencing.
