QuantSeq FFPE is based on the trusted QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq technology and is optimized for and validated on FFPE samples. QuantSeq FFPE represents the most cost-efficient solution for gene expression profiling of FFPE samples and is, with its 3’ mRNA-Seq approach, the only kit of its kind available on the market. With built-in Unique Molecular Identifiers (UMIs) and an optimized protocol for FFPE and degraded samples, QuantSeq FFPE shows enhanced performance even with low input amounts (less than 10 ng).
