oYo-Link® Tetrazine allows for the site-specific labeling of oYo-Link-compatible antibodies with up to two tetrazine labels per antibody for subsequent subsequent copper-free click chemistry reactions with TCO (trans-cyclooctene)-bound molecules. oYo-Link Tetrazine limits the attachment of the tetrazine labels to the heavy chains of the antibody and therefore ensures that the label does not interfere with antibody binding. Furthermore, site-specific labeling limits 1-2 tetrazine labels to be attached per antibody, providing precise antibody-conjugate ratios.
