XCR1 是趋化因子受体家族成员，主要特异性表达于传统树突状细胞1型（cDC1），通过响应XCL1/XCL2介导免疫细胞相互作用，对抗原交叉呈递、CD8⁺ T细胞启动及抗肿瘤免疫具有重要作用。
